Bids are encrypted at rest using envelope encryption. The decryption key is locked until the submission deadline. Neither buyers nor platform administrators can see any pricing data before the deadline passes, which is enforced at the database level and verified by independent auditors.

No. All procurement projects, supplier RFQ responses, and evaluations are sandboxed. Data is strictly partition-isolated under our multi-tenant security architecture. Custom options for dedicated instances and selected data residency are available on the Enterprise plan.

Yes. Enterprise plans support bi-directional API access and integrations with leading ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, facilitating automated data transfer for award notifications and asset tracking.

You own your data. If you cancel, you can export all your project specs, RFI/RFQ responses, signed contracts, audit logs, and performance metrics in CSV or PDF format. After export, your data is securely purged in accordance with our data retention policy.
